The detox diet is balanced, reinforcing, purifying and not the least harmful to the body.

Our organs gets a rest from conservatives, sweeteners, toxins and other less favorable additives and get cleared from substances that constrain our intake of nutrition.
The diet is rich on nutrition and low on sugar, but not in any way GI since it contains small amounts of protein. There can be side effects like headache, nausea and sleeping disorders. A morning clean with juice
You start your morning with juice based on fresh fruits and berries. The juice should be freshly squeezed from sour fruits (orange, grape fruit, lemon) and contain 2-3 tbs of pure cold pressed olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic and 1 tbs of grated ginger.
Complement the juice with lukewarm herbal tea after 1 hour. The tea cannot contain sugar, honey, milk or sweeteners.

Morning snack
Drink a big glass of half freshly squeezed vegetable juice, based on carrots and lettuce, and half beetroot juice. Use a centrifuge to make the juice. You cannot eat food or non liquid food together with this morning diet.

Raw food lunch
For lunch you eat the first solid meal of the day. It is raw vegetables like parsnip, peppers etc. Remember to get all the colors on your plate because green, red, orange and yellow contribute different vitamins and have different structure. Complement the meal with sprouts, nuts or seeds, some oil and apple cider vinegar seasoned with fresh herbs.
Constipation can be counteracted with 1 tbs of chopped mango, figs or dates.

Lots of fruits and vegetables for dinner
Dinner is fruit, fruit and more fruit and complemented with a clear herbal tea. Base the meal on apple, pear, mango, papaya, nuts, seeds or sprouts.

What to buy at the grocery store:

Breakfast:
- orange
- grapefruit
- lemon
- cold pressed olive oil
- garlic
- fresh ginger
- herbal tea

Snack:
- carrots
- lettuce
- spinach
- beetroot

Lunch:
- cabbage
- broccoli
- beetroot
- lettuce
- spinach
- cucumber
- tomato
- parsnip
- peppers
- sprouts
- nuts
- seeds
- apple cider vinegar

Dinner:
- apple
- pear
- mango
- papaya
- pomegranate
- grapes
- orange
- grapefruit
- pineapple
- blueberry
- lingonberry
- raspberry
- nuts
- sprouts

Making juice:
For breakfast and lunch you’ll need a mixer of centrifuge. Remove tops and peel and cut into pieces. Put the pieces in the centrifuge and pour the room tempered juice in a glass. Season with fresh herbs or grated ginger.
