Syntetic Multivitamins can be oxid inside your body

Millions gorge themselves on synthetic vitamins, only to acquire and die from degenerative diseases. Isolated vitamins are partial vitamins, combined with other chemicals and that´s not the same as regular food and a whole, complete dinnercombination.

When they are producing for exampel multivitamins, they isolate vitamins and minerals in a ‘Synthetic way or get ‘Fractionated’ pieces from the whole.

4 things that´s you need about syntetic vitamins and minerals...

1.Everything in the nature intended us to eat the whole vegetable or fruit, and the mainreason for that is that  the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes are packed together as one. The work together to give the total uptake and healthbenfit for you!

2.Your body can not absorb syntetic vitamins and minerals and the supplement gets unuseful. Research shows that your uptake is about 4-7 percent while taking syntetic supplement. AND you get all the bad stuff, as chemicals, together with that.

3.Synthetic vitamins is filled with a syntetic, isolated quantity of just one or a few special vitamins or minerals, witch can give a very unnecessary balance.

4. Syntetic supplements can give sideeffects, manly because of the chemicals and unnatural ingrediens.

New code NLP and modeling

Modeling fascinates me very much because I am also passionate about identifying and using me to structures and systems. Robert Dilts writes about modeling and the approach of Bandler and Grinder attention and broke down to the models, processes and strategies. However, my only thought: How do you know the model you are actually doing their best, follow a certain strategy and / or have the same intention as you? And how can today's stressful society affect your performance both as individuals and in a modeling process?

The reason for my issue is based in the large number of people doing different every time they perform a task. Sure, it is over-represented by people who act the same way over and over again, but there are also those who have nothing habits and systems that are equal. Instead, at the differences in operating systems and different each time, doing different approach and talk about different things. My issue is therefore ... HOW can you use modeling on a person with this form of various units in their personality?

Similar considerations can also apply to those noted for modeling or are trained in NLP. They are then likely to self-knowledge and understanding of the personality traits, movements, verbal and non-verbal language and other important he / she can communicate if they be modeled. Steering this modeling and, if so is it as accurate as you want it to be?

Last but not least, they also reflect and I stuck to the core values that we so often talk about, especially in coaching. A person has a certain core values may act in a certain way, which I in turn will never understand because I have very different values that govern my system and therefore what I choose to stand for and act accordingly.

This will of course mainly embodied in the new world where everything is far more different from the 70's. People living in higher speed, with massive amounts of daily impressions and stressful lifestyle that could well change from second to second because of external circumstances.

My view is, therefore, if it can be perceived as less easy to use modeling on a man in today's society than when the modeling was created and had a different environment to take into account? How would this according to Robert Dilts perspective and Bandler's and Grinders models could be refined and improved by adapting the modeling processes and strategies even more to the modern age and the individual? Is the New Code NLP fitted to al the stress and high speed?
